• Personal identifiers, contact information and characteristics (for example, name, postal address and identifiers such as instagram handle)
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• In order to fulfil the delivery of prizes following a user entering a competiton on one of our social media pages
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
• Our appointed PR agency may securely send data to Arctic Coffee in order to send out product with receivers prior consent.
We use the information that you have given us in order to send product out via delivery service.
We may share this information with McCann Bristol.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on a password protected Excel Spreadsheet on our servers.
We keep name, address and social media handle for 12 months. We will then dispose your information by deleting the files from the server.
