CARAMEL LATTE PARFAIT WITH PROTEIN GRANOLA

You’ll need:
Granola layer
275g oats
60g walnuts
100ml Arctic Coffee – Café
Latte Protein
60ml honey
2tbsp coconut oil
¼ salt
What to do:
Step 1
Preheat your oven – 180 C / 160 C fan / 350 F / gas
mark 4, and line a large baking tray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients
except the Chocolate/Cacao and make sure
everything is well coated.
Step 3
Tip the mixture into your tray and bake in the
preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4
While the Granola bakes, soak the Dates in 100ml
of Protein Arctic Coffee for 20 mins.
Step 5
Remove the tray from the oven and allow to crisp
up and cool completely. Once completely cool,
add the cacao/chocolate nibs, coconut flakes, or
banana chips.
Step 6
Blend the Soaked Dates, the coffee they were
soaked in and 2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter until
smooth.
Step 7
Layer up TWO jars with alternate layers of Yoghurt,
Date paste & Granola then finish the top of the
jars with sliced banana. One for today and one
for tomorrow.
