Ingredients

You’ll need:

200g Oats
50g Puffed Rice
75g Pumpkin Seeds
100g Peanut Butter
50g Honey
100ml Arctic Coffee
Protein Caramel Latte
125g Dates soaked in
boiling water
Optional:
50 g Dark Chocolate

What to do:

Step 1

Soak the dates in boiling water until soft,
approx 15 mins.

Step 2

Drain the dates and whizz them with peanut
butter, honey and Arctic Protein Caramel Latte.

Step 3

Mix the oats, puffed rice and pumpkin seeds
in a large bowl and add the date mixture to
the dry ingredients.

Step 4

Mix well and press into a 9×9 lined tin and
leave in the fridge to set.

Step 5

If using, break the dark chocolate into small
pieces and place n a microwave safe bowl.
Heat for 20 sec, then stir and heat for a further
10 secs.

Step 6

Cut into 12 bars and drizzle with the melted
dark chocolate as required.
