White Chocolate Coffee Martini
Kick off your weekend with this sweet caffeinated cocktail topped off with some marshmallow and cherries

Preparation time:
5 minutes
You’ll need:
100ml Vodka
50ml Arctic Coffee White Chocolatte
50ml single cream
For the glass rim
100g dessicated coconut
1 egg white
Marshmallow and cherries
What to do:
Step 1
To create the coconut rim, dip the rim in egg white, then dip carefully in desiccated coconut making sure it sticks all the way around.
Step 2
To make the cocktail, add a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.
Step 3
Pour in the vodka, coffee and cream, and shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels cold.
Step 4
Strain into your glasses and decorate with marshmallow and cherries.
