No-Bake Cheesecake Jars

Ideally, chill overnight
You’ll need:
200g Cream Cheese
100ml Double Cream (2 Tbsp for the cheesecake mixture, and use the rest to pipe on top!)
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp Icing Sugar
50ml Chocolate Fudge Frappe
8 Chocolate Biscuits
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
Toppings:
Whipped cream
Biscuits
Chocolate and/or fudge pieces to decorate
What to do:
Step 1
Mix the cream cheese, 2 Tbsp of the double cream, cocoa, icing sugar and Choc Fudge Frappe together and combine until smooth.
Step 2
Crush 8 Chocolate biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
Step 3
Put a layer of biscuit crumb into 2 jars, follow with a layer ofncheesecake mix, repeat each layer once more, then finish with whipped cream on the top.
Step 4
Decorate with biscuit crumbs, chocolate or fudge pieces and leave in the fridge overnight – or at least for an hour or so!
