Overnight weetabix
Weetabix generously soaked in Caramel Latte and left overnight to create a quick and sweet breakfast. It’s up to you if you want to share!

You’ll need:
4 Weetabix
200ml Caramel Latte
200g Natural Greek Yogurt
2 small bananas, sliced
1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
50ml Salted Caramel Sauce (shop bought)
or…
Any thick yogurt and toppings you already have!
What to do:
Step 1
Place the Weetabix in your a container of choice and crumble to the consistency you desire and soak overnight in the fridge.
Step 2
The next morning, using a jar or pot of choice, layer your Weetabix mixture at the bottom, followed with some caramel sauce.
Step 3
Place your banana on top of your caramel and spoon on your yogurt.
Step 4
Repeat the process until your jar or glass container is full.
Step 5
Once full, place on your toppings and either pop back into the fridge until desired or serve straight away.
