White Chocolate Coffee lollies / popsicles
Dipped and drizzled in white chocolate and sprinkled with hazelnuts.

Ingredients
You’ll need:
250ml shop bought custard
250ml Arctic Coffee White Chocolatte
For decoration
100g white chocolate, melted
2 tbsp finely chopped hazelnuts
You will need a lolly mould for this recipe.
What to do:
Step 1
Pour custard and white chocolate Artic Coffee into a jug and stir to combine.
Step 2
Pour into the lolly mould and freeze between 4 to 5 hours.
Step 3
Once frozen, remove lollies from mould, drizzle over melted white chocolate and sprinkle hazelnuts.
( Top tip: an easy way to melt white chocolate is to break up pieces into a bowl, and microwave for 50 seconds. Alternatively place the bowl over boiling water.)
